لا. بطوطة يشتغل كامل بدون تسجيل دخول: تنشئ الرحلات، تضيف المصاريف، وتدعو أصحابك برمز. الحساب اختياري، وفايدته إن مجموعاتك تتبعك على كل أجهزتك. تقدر تسجل بـ Google، أو Apple على الآيفون، أو رقم هاتفك — والدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني جاي في التحديث القادم.

داخل الرحلة اضغط دعوة، وبيطلع لك رمز من 8 أحرف ورابط تقدر ترسله بالواتساب. صاحبك يفتح الرابط، أو يدخل الرمز من الانضمام لرحلة. أي أحد عنده الرمز يقدر ينضم — فشاركه بس مع ربعك في الرحلة.

جمعية: صندوق واحد يتجمع من البداية، القائد يصرف منه والكل يشوف كل درهم، ويُحسب فيه المدفوع فعلًا بس. تقسيم: بدون صندوق — أي واحد يدفع فاتورة كاملة، والتطبيق يحسب منو يدفع لمنو بأقل عدد تحويلات.

القائد والمشرفين يسجلون ويعدلون كل شي. باقي الأعضاء يشوفون التفاصيل ويعلّقون على المصاريف. أي مشرف يقدر يرقّي عضو لمشرف من قائمة الأعضاء، وكل تعديل على مصروف ينحفظ في سجله.

لا. بطوطة أداة تنظيم للمجموعة وليس بنكًا ولا محفظة: يحسب منو عليه ومنو له، والتحويل الفعلي يصير بينكم خارج التطبيق. تقدر تكتب بيانات الدفع (مثل الآيبان) في الحساب ← بيانات الدفع عشان يعرف ربعك وين يحوّلون.

مشاركة موقعك اختيارية ولرحلة وحدة في كل مرة. تفعّلها من تبويب الخريطة داخل الرحلة، وتوقف فور ما تطفيها، وما يشوفها إلا أعضاء نفس الرحلة. تقدر تضغط على أي عضو وتاخذ الاتجاهات له.

تأكد من ثلاث أشياء: 1) إنك سمحت لبطوطة بالإشعارات من إعدادات الجوال، 2) إن الرحلة مشتركة برمز دعوة (الرحلات اللي على جهازك بس ما تحتاج إشعارات)، 3) على أندرويد، إن توفير البطارية ما يقيّد بطوطة. افتح التطبيق مرة بعدها عشان يسجّل جهازك من جديد.

من تبويب المال داخل أي رحلة، اضغط تصدير التقرير (PDF) أو CSV. التقرير يطلع بلغة التطبيق، ومتاح لكل أعضاء الرحلة.

داخل الرحلة اضغط مغادرة المجموعة. المشرفين يقدرون كمان يحذفون المجموعة كاملة.

داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← إغلاق الحساب. هذا يحذف حسابك نهائيًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه؛ مجموعاتك تبقى على جهازك. أو راسلنا على contact@kdk420.ae ونسويها عنك.

No. Battuta works fully without signing in: create trips, add expenses, and invite friends with a code. An account is optional — it lets your groups follow you across devices. You can sign in with Google, Apple on iPhone, or your phone number; email sign-in arrives in the next update.

Inside the trip, tap Invite. You get an 8-character code and a link you can send on WhatsApp. Your friend opens the link, or enters the code under Join a trip. Anyone holding the code can join, so share it only with the people on your trip.

Jam3eya is one pot funded up front: the leader spends from it, everyone sees every dirham, and only money actually paid in counts. Split has no pot: anyone covers a full bill, and the app works out who pays whom with the fewest transfers.

The leader and admins record and edit everything. Other members can view every detail and comment on expenses. Any admin can make a member an admin from the members list, and every change to an expense is kept in its history.

No. Battuta organises the group's money — it is not a bank or a wallet. It works out who owes whom; the actual transfers happen between you, outside the app. Save your payment details (such as an IBAN) under Account → Payment details so your group knows where to send money.

Sharing your location is opt-in and for one trip at a time. Switch it on from the map tab inside the trip; it stops the moment you switch it off, and only that trip's members can see it. Tap any member to get directions to them.

Check three things: 1) Battuta is allowed to send notifications in your phone's settings; 2) the trip is shared with an invite code — trips that live only on your phone don't send notifications; 3) on Android, battery saving isn't restricting Battuta. Then open the app once so it registers your phone again.

From the Money tab of any trip, tap Export report (PDF) or CSV. The report comes out in the app's language, and every member of the trip can export it.

Inside the trip, tap Leave group. Admins can also delete the whole group.

In the app: Account → Close your account. This deletes your account permanently and cannot be undone; your groups stay on your phone. You can also write to contact@kdk420.ae and we'll do it for you.
